What's coming

The Dear Collection is still unfolding.

Alongside the books, there will be small companion offerings — gentle guides, reflections, and nervous-system supports created to live beside the stories.

They aren’t meant to rush anything.
They are meant to help what you’ve read settle into your body.

Some will be quiet.
Some will be practical.
All of them will be written with care.

They’re coming.

"It takes enormous trust and courage to allow yourself to remember."

"The greatest sources of our suffering are the lies we tell ourselves."

"Once you start approaching your body with curiosity rather than with fear, everything shifts."

-Bessel van der Kolk

A Gentle Place to Begin

A Nervous System Companion

This is not a course about becoming better. It’s a place to learn how to live inside yourself with more steadiness and care — especially after illness, trauma, or long seasons of survival. This companion grew out of the same lived experiences that shape the Dear Collection:
a body that learned to be afraid,
a nervous system that stayed on high alert,
and the slow work of finding safety again. Inside, you’ll find simple, trauma-informed ways to:

• understand how your nervous system works
• recognize when you’re overwhelmed
• soften back into safety
• listen to what your body is asking for
• build a small, personal toolkit for steadier days

There is no right pace.
There is no perfect way to do this.

This offering exists so you don’t have to walk through this alone — even when what you’re carrying doesn’t have words yet.
